In week four of our Sent Forth series, we reflect on the line from our dismissal prayer: “May God bless you with enough foolishness to believe you can make a difference in this world.” Together, we explore the relationship between faith, the stories we tell ourselves, and the courage it takes to challenge harmful narratives about our worth, identity, and impact. What if faith isn’t certainty, but the willingness to wrestle with our beliefs and trust that a better story is possible? This week, we are invited to question the narratives that tell us we are not enough and instead to embrace the “foolish” hope that the way we show up in the world truly matters.
