THE ARMOR UP PODCAST with Daniel Vierno Affliction in aging refers to the way physical, cognitive, and emotional challenges accumulate over time, shaping how we experience life later in our ability to continue. These changes are not sudden but develop gradually, often interacting with each other and with life events. So, what can we do as we go through life? So, are we just simply to accept this life when the hurting and the pain overtake us, even sending us to the grave as our bodies fade away. Is this simply the end of the life cycle? But THERE IS MORE! I say to you…. NO, IT IS NOT! We are here for a purpose, and even though our struggles, pain, and illness may get in the way, we must not let it consume us to believing it is the only way out. It is not, for Jesus is the way, (and the truth and the life) and we are comforted in God’s promise that there is something more, when we believe in Jesus as our Lord and Savoir, repent and stay in the will of God during our sufferings.
