But when we look through a womanist lens, we uncover a radical, institutional office of power in the Kingdom of Judah: the Gevirah, or the Queen Mother.The Gevirah was not a decoration; she sat on a designated throne at the right hand of the king as his chief political counselor and the people’s advocate—a literal parakletos.Today, my the help of The Holy Spirit, I shall trace ghrough the identity of Bathsheba, a woman of warfare, of wealth and of the Word, A woman of the Torah and a woman of the Throne who took the broken ground of trauma to build this office, how other Gevirah's used their position to rebel against exclusionary religious monopolies, or to enforce peity and how Jesus ultimately absorbed this role, ascending to the right hand to be our eternal Advocate. Most importantly, we will discover through text like Ephesians 2:6 how we believers have received the Gevirah anointing and are seated in heavenly places with Christ. Thus will prompt us at the close of the service to excercise the Gevirah anointing and the Gevirah status, handed to every believer, positioning, us with the executive authority of the Gevirah.It is time to change our address, step off the floor, and reclaim our seat at the right hand of power and wealth."
