The word save in the New Testament is sozo. Salvation (sozo) includes forgiveness of sin and eternal life. It includes healing and wholeness and deliverance. It includes peace and well-being in every area of your life. Our God loves to save! He desires that everyone be saved! He is able to save! Salvation is offered to everyone, but each individual must choose to accept or reject God’s gracious offer. Many of us are praying for those we care deeply about to accept God’s gracious offer of salvation.
