Luke 23:46
46 Then Jesus, calling out with a loud voice, said, “Father, into your hands I commit my spirit!” And having said this he breathed his last.
HOW JESUS DIED
He died in the presence of the Father.
When you suffer, always remember if you are a child of God that you have a compassionate Father.
Dying was his decision
He died within the protection of God
God’s’ response to the words of Jesus
The veil of the temple was torn in two from top to bottom.
The resurrection,
Three Lessons
Death does not end everything,
If your spirit does not go to God, your spirit will go to Hades
God does not promise a calm passage, only a safe landing.
