The true art of propaganda is the ability to telling a truth while telling a lie. There are so many narratives that share a fragmented bit of truth which then can be manipulated into meaning the opposite. From Climate Change to human sexuality to the pandemic, masterful liars are spreading some very dangerous deceptions.
