How To Fortify Your Faith

Once you are saved you cannot lose your salvation, but you can lose the joy of your salvation. You can lose the power of your salvation. You can lose the rewards of your salvation. You can even lose the awareness of your salvation. It can mean nothing to you. The Bible tells us that some people have shipwrecked their faith. 1 Timothy 1:19 Holding faith, and a good conscience; which some having put away concerning faith have made shipwreck: Their faith is no longer useful to God. But has crashed. Not lost, but crashed. The joy of the Lord is our strength. We can have our joy restored our ship put back in the water again. This passage tells us what we have to do to protect our faith from destruction.
