Suffering ,trials, persecution is very much needed for a believer to grow strong in the Lord..God's great power is manifested when we go through sufferings..Jesus was a suitable leader to lead us into salvation was because of his suffering Hebrews 2:10...To be a right leader for your church then be willing to go through suffering for God to use you in the gifts of healing & deliverance and that is a sign of a crucified life in Christ
