Welcome back to The Altar Church Podcast. Today, Father Jon introduces us to a unique Southern metaphor for the Lenten season: ‘Tin Flipping.’ In the rural South, flipping over a rusted sheet of corrugated metal often reveals exactly what’s been hiding in the dark. In this message, we explore how Lent serves as our own season of flipping the tin—exposing the schemes of the 'Ultimate Misinformationist' and reclaiming the ground in our lives that the enemy has tried to steal. It’s time to move from isolation and self-reliance into the victory of Christ. Let’s dive in.
