A new life changing Podcast is up on our website, "Walk by Faith (not mercy)!" We included the notes, study them for yourselves. Seek the kingdom and how it operates--first! Powerful! Why do so many lack God's power in their lives? They have it and do not know it. They leave it in God's hands, when He gave us authority and power. 2 Peter 1:2–4 (NKJV): 2 Grace and peace be multiplied to you in the knowledge of God and of Jesus our Lord, 3 as His divine power has given to us all things that pertain to life and godliness, through the knowledge of Him who called us by glory and virtue, 4 by which have been given to us exceedingly great and precious promises, that through these you may be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust. When you receive your healing, you receive what He called you to be-His child (partakers of His divine nature, divine healing, divine relationships, divine…). CORRUPTION, noun [Latin] 1. The act of corrupting, or state of being corrupt or putrid; the destruction of the natural form of bodies, by the separation of the component parts, or by disorganization, in the process of putrefaction. Putrefaction is the process of decomposition of organic matter, particularly following death. Thou wilt not suffer thy holy One to see corruption Psalms 16:10. 7 Complete If we do not seek God, the natural process of separation will occur e.g. the wages of sin is death.” Matthew 6: 28-34 28 “So why do you worry about clothing? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow: they neither toil nor spin; 29and yet I say to you that even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these. 30Now if God so clothes the grass of the field, which today is, and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, will He not much more clothe you, O you of little faith? 31“Therefore do not worry, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’ 32For after all these things the Gentiles seek. For your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. 33But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you. 34Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about its own things. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble. As Christians we walk by faith, not by mercy or grace. Even though mercy and grace is part of our walk with God, we are not led by it (that is the Holy Spirit’s job). Hebrews 11:6 (NKJV) But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him. Romans 1:16–18 (NKJV)16 For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God to salvation for everyone who believes, for the Jew first and also for the Greek. 17 For in it the righteousness of God is revealed from faith to faith; as it is written,“The just shall live by faith.” 18 For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who suppress the truth in unrighteousness, We Partake, but it is a sin (fall short) to not receive His precious promises God Note: “It's a sin to not walk in my ways!” Jesus is the way! Romans 14:23 (NKJV) But he who doubts is condemned if he eats, because he does not eat from faith; for whatever is not from faith is sin. Hebrews 4:1-3 1 Therefore, since a promise remains of entering His rest, let us fear lest any of you seem to have come short of it. 2For indeed the gospel was preached to us as well as to them; but the word which they heard did not profit them, not being mixed with faith in those who heard it. 3For we who have believed do enter that rest, as He has said: Examples of how to pray (there is a difference between praying and believing) Mark 11:24 (NKJV): 24 Therefore I say to you, whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you will have them. James 1:5–8 (NKJV): 5 If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him. 6 But let him ask in faith, with no doubting, for he who doubts is like a wave of the sea driven and tossed by the wind. 7 For let not that man suppose that he will receive anything from the Lord; 8 he is a double-minded man, unstable in all his ways. Matthew 21:22 (NKJV): 22 And whatever things you ask in prayer, believing, you will receive.” We rest because we know Him (he is a good God!) Mixed with Faith (knowing God is good, He will do what He said!) God Notes: “I am not showing you how to live; I am showing you how I live–Love.” Jeremiah 29:11 (NKJV) For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord , thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope. Isaiah 41:10 (NKJV) Fear not, for I am with you; Be not dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, Yes, I will help you, I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.’ Hebrews 4:11 11Let us therefore be diligent to enter that rest, lest anyone fall according to the same example of disobedience. Hebrews 11: 14 14Seeing then that we have a great High Priest who has passed through the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our confession. Go to God rather than rely on the unknown Hebrews 11:16 16 Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need. The humble are seated in heavenly places. Ephesians 2:4–10 (NKJV): 4 But God, who is rich in mercy, because of His great love with which He loved us, 5 even when we were dead in trespasses, made us alive together with Christ (by grace you have been saved), 6 and raised us up together, and made us sit together in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus, 7 that in the ages to come He might show the exceeding riches of His grace in His kindness toward us in Christ Jesus. 8 For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, 9 not of works, lest anyone should boast. 10 For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them. We have the authority False humility is a sign of a people pleaser. God gave authority-- not defeat. #raisedfaith Luke 10:19 (NKJV) Behold, I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you. Romans 8:37 (NKJV) Yet in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us. Ephesians 6:13 (NKJV) Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. Philippians 4:13 (NKJV) I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. Confidence is not arrogance. Proverbs 3:26 (NKJV) For the Lord will be your confidence, And will keep your foot from being caught. Hebrews 10:35 (NKJV) Therefore do not cast away your confidence, which has great reward. 2 Corinthians 3:4-6 4 Such is the confidence that we have through Christ toward God. 5Not that we are sufficient in ourselves to claim anything as coming from us, but our sufficiency is from God, 6 who has made us sufficient to be ministers of a new covenant, not of the letter but of the Spirit. For the letter kills, but the Spirit gives life. Lean not on our own understanding (of God) You are receiving, because you are believing Proverbs 3:5-6 NKJV [5] Trust in the Lord with all your heart, And lean not on your own understanding; [6] In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He shall direct your paths. Ephesians 3:20-21 NKJV [20] Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us, [21] to Him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus to all generations, forever and ever. Amen. Philippians 4:6 (NKJV) Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; Philippians 4:7 (NKJV) and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:8 (NKJV) Finally, brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy—meditate on these things. Romans 12:1 (NKJV) I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service.
