In Lesson 5 of The Fruit of the Spirit series, Pastor Putnam teaches on the importance of kindness and gentleness as evidence of a life being transformed by the Holy Spirit.

This message reminds us that being filled with the Holy Ghost is more than an experience—it should be reflected in the way we live, speak, respond, and treat others. Through the example of Jesus, we are challenged to be people who are approachable, compassionate, forgiving, and willing to show kindness even when others give us reasons not to.

Pastor Putnam encourages us to understand that gentleness is not weakness, but strength under control. Kindness can open doors that arguments never will, build trust, soften hearts, and demonstrate the Gospel through our everyday actions.

As we walk with Christ, the goal is for His character to become increasingly visible in us. We are challenged to leave people better than we found them and to intentionally demonstrate the kindness of God wherever we go.
