There is a Rest for You

The Bible says there is a rest for the people of God. This rest has existed from the beginning when God rested on the 7th day. The rest - a ceasing of work. Cease working for favor with God. Cease working to keep the salvation God has given you. Cease manipulating and scheming to get things your way. SURRENDER to Christ, the Lord of the Sabbath (rest) and enter into His rest. Rest in the finished work of Christ at the Cross. Rest in Him for favor with God, your salvation. Rest in Him to change your ways. Rest in Him for your needs. There is a rest for you.
