My sister, do you remember when you used to pray for five minutes of peace and quiet?
The kids were calling, “Mom!” Somebody needed a ride. Somebody was hungry. There were dishes in the sink, laundry everywhere, school activities, appointments—and you probably thought, Lord, can I just have one quiet day?
Then one day…the quiet came.
