We’re stepping into Week 2 of our Valentine series, and this week is tender… because it’s personal. We’re talking about loving yourself—
And I already know, for some of us, that can feel uncomfortable. Because we’ve been taught that caring for ourselves is selfish.
 That rest is lazy. 
That boundaries are rude. But today, I want to lovingly shift that thinking. Self-love is not selfish. 
Self-love is stewardship.
