Let me start with a question that might make you laugh a little—and cringe a little. Have you ever said “yes”…
while your whole body was screaming “no”? You said yes because you didn’t want to disappoint.
 Yes because you didn’t want to explain.
 Yes because you felt guilty for even thinking about saying no. And then later—
you’re tired, overwhelmed, maybe even resentful—
wondering how you ended up doing something you never had peace about in the first place. Today, we’re talking about saying no without guilt—
because peace disappears when we keep choosing everyone else over ourselves.
