Finding your fit requires: Clarity understanding how God designed you, not copying someone else’s assignment Submission honoring order, leadership, and time-tested structures Service proving faithfulness before seeking visibility Fruit letting results, not titles, validate placement In the Kingdom, fit precedes function. Function precedes fruit. This process respects tradition while preparing for the future. It values the wisdom of those who’ve gone before us and creates on-ramps for emerging leaders to thrive without shortcutting maturity.
