Pastor Charles Barksdale
AUDIO
Aired on March 31, 2024, Pastor Charles Barksdale delivered a profound exposition of 1 Peter 1:3–12, illuminating the "living hope" that remains the immovable anchor of the Christian soul. This message masterfully bridges the gap between the weight of earthly suffering and the brilliance of our spiritual reality, reminding us that while trials may test the metal of our faith, they serve only to refine a joy that is both inexpressible and filled with glory. By fixing the gaze of the congregation upon the resurrected Christ, Pastor Barksdale challenges every believer to view their present tribulations as mere shadows when cast against the light of an eternal, incorruptible inheritance.
