True Christian glory is not found in outward religion, human approval, morality, reputation, or visible success. Paul says, “Far be it from me to boast except in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ.” In Galatians 6:11–18, we learn that the cross strips away every false boast, brings sinners into the new creation, marks believers as belonging to Christ, and sustains them by grace.
