False Prophets and Teachers (2 Peter 2)

Jorge provided a detailed analysis of the chapter's structure, covering Peter's warnings about false teachers, God's judgment, and the characteristics of these deceivers. He highlighted contemporary examples of false teaching, particularly the prosperity gospel, and examined how these teachings exploit vulnerable individuals. Jorge emphasized the importance of discernment in identifying false teaching, the necessity of personal engagement with scripture, and concluded with a discussion about the responsibility of church members to grow in their understanding of scripture to avoid deception.
