Encounter: Being Christian in a Multi-Faith World There are many different religious perspectives in our world. Gosh, there are many different religious perspectives in our church! Dr. Jim Keck will begin a sermon series exploring four different religions: Judaism, Buddhism, Islam and “spiritual but not religious.” But rather than a mere introduction to these faiths, we will look for an “ethic of encounter” or how we are to relate to others as Christians in a diverse world. And as often is the case, the key is joy and love.
