Purpose Statement: Many of us love the church because some of our most wonderful experiences occur among God’s people. Many hate the church because some of our most difficult experiences occur among God’s people in church. We love gathering together and worshipping our Savior with our brothers and sisters in Christ, and we have powerful memories of doing so over the years. How do we view our experience in church? Is church a spectator experience or worshipful experience? What are some non-negotiable realities for the church?
