Honoring Mothers

Purpose Statement: The first ten years of the life of a child lie in the heart of a mother. All of the remaining years will be colored by the touches of those “mother-years.” It is fitting to follow the spiritual admonition to “honor our mothers” not only one day of the year, but all the times. One can hardly overestimate their influence. We need to honor, respect and appreciate what all a mother does in family life, career, and volunteering.
