The seeds of this episode were first planted, when working with children in at-risk homes. As we talked about the kind of life the children would like when they grew up, it became clear that they needed a clear model to follow, as good examples were not available at home. What better model than the Biblical model, which has been tested, and found to be the ideal for raising wholesome men and women, for the future building of nations. There is much pain in families of origin because God’s way is either not known, or modelled. This episode begins the series of podcasts for children. Here’s a resource for parents and children, to make God’s thoughts clearly known. If children are not explicitly taught God’s model for family, and how to build good relationships, they will grow up to fail. As others are failing.
