<itunes:summary>*** WE DO NOT OWN THE RIGHTS TO ANY MUSIC***

Dr. Bell and her daughter, Minister Brianna Winborn, joined the fellowship at Anointed Touch Ministries International (ATM) to testify about God’s glory and faithfulness in their lives. Dr. Bell reminded the congregation that as we face life’s challenges, our children often experience their own struggles alongside us. Minister Winborn shared how God used her to minister encouragement and strength to her mother during difficult times. This powerful testimony highlighted the importance of raising children in the admonition of the Lord, as they may become vessels for His work in unexpected ways.

Dr. Bell emphasized the need to discern the relationships in our lives. She warned against allowing hypocrites and hindering spirits to influence us, urging everyone to take inventory of the people around them. "Those who are not helping when we go through are not helping for a reason," she stated, calling for clarity in identifying genuine supporters versus those who merely tolerate or hinder progress. She also encouraged showing grace and ministering to others, even when they are in difficult circumstances.

Minister Winborn confirmed and expanded upon her mother’s message, as she found deliverance and encouragement through singing praises to God. Dr. Bell underscored the importance of offering a "sacrifice of praise" to achieve breakthroughs and reminded parents of their lifelong responsibility to guide their children in faith. "We cannot leave them to figure it out alone," she said, noting how children’s struggles are intertwined with their parents' journeys.

Together, Dr. Bell and Minister Winborn acknowledged the pain and perseverance required during trials. They demonstrated the power of seeking God’s face collectively rather than isolating in hardship. In a symbolic act of faith, they rededicated themselves under the covering of Anointed Touch Ministries International, affirming the unity and divine presence in the ministry.</itunes:summary>

“The LORD said unto my Lord, Sit thou at my right hand, until I make thine enemies thy footstool.” — Psalm 110:1, KJV
“For he must reign, till he hath put all enemies under his feet.” — 1 Corinthians 15:25, KJV

This series establishes a non-negotiable truth:
Believers do not fight for victory; they enforce a victory already won.
The enemy is not debating outcomes—he is being positioned under God’s authority and Christ’s finished work.

Book of Job — Sovereignty on Trial, Not Job

The Book of Job is often misunderstood as a story about suffering. In reality, it is a courtroom narrative about authority, accusation, and divine limits.

Job opens with Satan already appearing before God, not as an equal adversary, but as a restricted accuser. Satan does not initiate action; he requests permission. This immediately dismantles the myth that Satan operates independently.

God sets the boundaries:

Satan cannot act without permission

Satan cannot exceed what God allows

Satan cannot override God’s purpose

Job’s suffering does not prove Satan’s power.
It exposes Satan’s limitations.

SESSION 1 — THE ACCUSER PUT ON TRIAL
What the Enemy Intended

Satan accuses Job’s motives, suggesting righteousness is conditional and transactional. His goal is not Job’s pain—it is to discredit God’s justice and authority.

What God Allows

God permits testing, not because Job is weak, but because Job’s integrity will silence the accuser. Every boundary God sets ensures Satan can never claim ownership of the outcome.

What Is Actually on Trial

Job is not the defendant—Satan is.
The question is not “Will Job break?”
The question is “Does Satan’s accusation hold weight?”

It does not.

FOOTSTOOL REVELATION IN JOB

What Satan meant to destroy Job, God used to:

Expose false authority

Establish true sovereignty

Enthrone truth publicly

By the end of the book:

Satan disappears from the narrative

Job’s understanding of God is elevated

Restoration exceeds original loss

The accuser leaves empty-handed.</itunes:summary>

She reflects on how her personal storms have drawn her closer to God and led her to a season of introspection. One significant moment of revelation came when her cellphone service was disconnected, which opened the door to quiet communion with God. Through this time of reflection, she felt led to study the book of Ruth, drawing parallels to her own life and realizing that in certain areas, she has not been valued as she should be.

Dr. Bell speaks on the frustration of sowing without reaping a proportional harvest, likening it to casting pearls before swine—giving freely but receiving little in return. She recognizes that some of the relationships in her life may require pruning, as they fail to acknowledge her worth. Despite these challenges, her focus remains on raising her daughter and maintaining her household, all while trying to avoid losing everything she has worked for. <itunes:summary>Dr. Bell continues the study in the book of James, focusing on the sin of showing respect of persons in the eyes of God.

She explains how often people take others for granted, particularly when it comes to those who are gifted in certain areas but lack formal credentials. These individuals are often utilized for their talents but are not compensated equally as those recognized by the laws of the land. This, Dr. Bell emphasizes, is a form of disrespect and discrimination. Such individuals may be permitted to do the work but are not allowed to reap the same rewards as others.

Dr. Bell further elaborates on how people might treat those who are less fortunate or how they might show favoritism towards those who are better off, while treating others as inferior. She warns that living a life of judgment can lead to discrimination against others. She reminds the congregation that we are commanded to treat our neighbors as we would want to be treated ourselves.

<itunes:summary>Dr. Bell begins by addressing some housekeeping matters, focusing on issues brought to the attention of the congregation.**

She starts by addressing those who have expressed feeling tired. She emphasizes that walking in the Spirit does not cause exhaustion. Shifting to the topic of tithes and offerings, Dr. Bell reminds the congregation that tithing extends beyond monetary contributions. It also involves offering our time, energy, and service in uplifting the kingdom of God.

Dr. Bell then speaks about the "suddenlies" that occur in life—those unexpected events that serve as conscious interruptions, capturing our attention. She explains that when members of the body of Christ are not operating in the roles or purposes that God has called them to, God may allow something to happen suddenly to shift their perspective. These events could manifest as financial difficulties, relational turmoil, or even chaos and confusion. For example, one might go from comfortably living on autopay to suddenly struggling to scrape together change to pay bills.

Dr. Bell emphasizes that seeds sown must be cultivated to reap a harvest. She encourages the congregation to pay close attention to the sudden events that arise in life, as they carry both a message and a blessing from God.

<itunes:summary>Dr. Bell was asked to be the guest speaker at Gods’ Word for Life. Dr. Bell emphasized the importance of love and commitment in the Christian walk. To truly demonstrate the love of Christ and win souls for the Kingdom, believers must be genuine and authentic. She pointed out that many are compromising their faith and mocking God, leading to a disconnect where souls are lost while the Church remains complacent in its routines. The credibility of the Church is compromised because the world sees no distinction between itself and the Church.

Dr. Bell stressed that to effectively represent God, believers must live by example, free from the influence of the world. The world cannot believe in a Church that does not live out the principles it preaches. She highlighted the problem of hypocrisy, which arises when people do not immerse themselves in the Word of God and thus fail to embody the example of Christ. Without the Holy Spirit, it is impossible to live a life of true deliverance and be freed from the sinful nature of humanity.

"Being all in" encompasses not just agape love—God’s unconditional love that He commands us to have for one another—but also Phileo love, the love we choose to give to others, which creates an intimate bond, often referred to as a “soul tie.” Phileo love involves loving others as you love yourself, loving on purpose, and looking past faults to meet others' needs. It is a deliberate, compassionate love that strengthens relationships and reflects the heart of Christ.

<itunes:summary>Dr. Bell's teaching focuses on navigating adversities and overcoming hindrances that delay our progress in life. She emphasizes that a relationship with the Spirit of God brings peace, and that prayer can comfort the soul. Exercising discernment is crucial in recognizing and countering the enemy's schemes, which aim to drain and desolate individuals.

Dr. Bell highlights the importance of understanding that faith without work is dead. This stagnation leads to worry. Instead, she advocates for actively believing in God's provision while continuing with daily life. This involves trusting God's ability to fulfill His promises while submitting to His perfect will, even when our desires differ.

She also discusses the power of choice in protecting relationships from being damaged by disappointments over tangible items. Relationships, she asserts, are more valuable and harder to replace than material possessions, which can be regained.

Understanding how to navigate conflicts and dealing with manipulative individuals is essential. Dr. Bell stresses the need to learn life's lessons, discern attacks from the enemy, and recognize when we or others are not in alignment with God's will.

<itunes:summary>Dr. Bell provides a fresh perspective on the Apostle Paul’s words about being abased and knowing how to abound. He is addressing the importance of maintaining a positive mindset while enduring hardships, such as being imprisoned and facing uncertainty about life and death. The phrase "doing all things through Christ" is not about having a superpower to achieve all our desires, but rather about the strength to endure life's pressures, whether in times of scarcity or abundance.

Dr. Bell explores the topic of functioning with depression, describing it as a "silent killer" and a "silent death." She highlights the increasing suicide rates since 2021 and 2022 and shares the tragic stories of four megachurch pastors who took their own lives while battling depression and anxiety. These examples emphasize the critical need for mental health awareness, even among those who advocate for it while struggling themselves.

She explains that suicidal ideations can result from various factors, including malnutrition, medication side effects, mental illness, and medical conditions. Depression can affect anyone, regardless of their circumstances. Dr. Bell reveals that even the Apostle Paul experienced suicidal thoughts, as did other significant figures in the kingdom of God.

Dr. Bell emphasizes that the joy of the Lord is our strength, and the Holy Spirit provides joy and guidance in the kingdom of God. Keeping our minds focused on the spirit of the Lord helps navigate depressive moods. When facing adversities, such as attacks on our livelihood or mistreatment by those close to us, we must rely on the joy of the Lord to sustain us.

She emphasizes the importance of being mindful of where we plant our efforts and resources. If we are investing in individuals who manipulate and take from us without giving back, we are depleting our strength. It's crucial to avoid planting in areas where our potential harvest is being manipulated or choked out by the enemy, who often uses those close to us to undermine our efforts.

<itunes:summary>Dr. Bell explains what it means to have the love of Christ. God shows no favoritism and treats everyone the same, both believers and non-believers. Scripture advises us not to be unequally yoked with unbelievers, which applies not just to marriage but to any covenant. Being unequally yoked can lead to being manipulated, mistreated, or disrespected for another's gain.

In Acts 10, a centurion soldier, typically seen as an enemy of the Jewish people, is depicted as a believer in Christ who behaves accordingly. This challenges the tendency to stereotype others based on their status rather than their character. Despite being employed by the Gentiles, the centurion honored and worshiped the living God. Having the love of Christ means loving everyone equally, without partiality.

The world often rewards people based on credentials rather than character. Corporate America may exploit an individual's skills and knowledge without compensating them fairly if they lack formal credentials. Similarly, nations that employ undocumented workers may pay them less for more work, which is a form of social injustice and disrespect.

Being kingdom-minded means treating everyone equally because the king provides for all. In a kingdom-minded community, no one is underpaid or overworked due to technicalities or lack of credentials. If one benefits from another's labor, then the laborer should receive equal benefits without excuses.

Dr.

<itunes:summary>Dr. Bell explains how the Spirit of God can convict those around a believer. By walking in obedience and standing firm in one’s beliefs, a believer may cause others to feel uncomfortable in their presence. This often leads some individuals to feel targeted by the believer. When the believer walks in a manner set apart from the belief system of the world, those of the world may not feel comfortable around them. Consequently, the believer is often discounted and rejected.

The believer may feel they have to walk on eggshells to coexist with others who view them as a threat to their conscience. Some may distrust the believer simply because they do not respond, react, or operate in the same manner.

On the other hand, conviction can lead someone to Christ if they heed the conviction and make the necessary changes to no longer feel convicted. This is why the believer should rejoice, as it signifies that a change has been made in the life of the convicted.

She addresses the disparity between those who claim to possess the Spirit of God and their actions, noting that pride, unbelief, disobedience, and unrepentance are signs of not truly living in the Spirit. Dr. Bell underscores that those who do not walk in spirit and truth do not possess the Spirit of God and therefore cannot bear witness to God's power. She concludes by stating that living in fear is incompatible with walking in faith.

This message was not very popular among the disciples; in fact, Luke was the only one to include it in his gospel. He did not present it as a parable taught by Jesus, leading scholars to believe that the "Good Samaritan" story was an actual event.

The story is not just about performing a good deed for someone in need; it is about the grace and mercy we should extend to our neighbor as believers. This raises the question: who do we consider our neighbor? The story challenges our perceptions, revealing that our neighbor is not just the friend next door or someone within our community. The "Good Samaritan" teaches that everyone, including our enemies, is our neighbor. This narrative exposes the true nature of our hearts and calls us to show compassion and kindness to all, regardless of our differences.

<itunes:summary>What was really going on with Jonah? Why did he not want to go to Nineveh? Often, when this story is told, we focus on the dramatic rescue of Jonah being saved in the belly of the great fish. However, we rarely discuss why or how Jonah ended up there in the first place.

The truth about Jonah is not a feel-good message designed to fill offering plates or church pews. Instead, his story serves as a powerful lesson for anyone walking in disobedience, encouraging them to turn from their wicked ways and fulfill God's call for their life.

Jonah did not want to go to Nineveh because he harbored deep animosity toward its people. He did not want them to be saved. Jonah admitted to God that he knew God would have mercy on the Ninevites, and he resented this possibility.

In chapter one of the book of Jonah, we see Jonah paying a fare to board a ship heading to Tarshish—deliberately going in the opposite direction of God's command. Jonah's disobedience caused havoc in the lives of the mariners on the ship. They lost cargo, money, and possessions—losses they would not have incurred had Jonah not boarded their boat. Jonah's selfish disobedience brought them to the brink of financial ruin.

In chapter two, Jonah finds himself in the belly of a great fish. It is only then that he prays to God, essentially throwing a pity party from within the fish. In chapter three, God speaks to Jonah again, reiterating His original command for Jonah to go to Nineveh and deliver His message. In chapter four, Jonah angrily confronts God, expressing his displeasure that God would save the Ninevites. God then points out that Jonah's priorities are not aligned with His divine plan.

The blessings of God enrich our soul and are not merely the accumulation of tangible possessions. Many believe that worldly possessions are a sign of God's blessings, but this is not the case. Often, this misconception is a trick of the enemy, who is the prince of the air.

She explains that those who are humble in spirit, those who mourn, the gentle, and those who hunger and thirst for righteousness are called blessed. Similarly, the merciful, the pure in heart, the peacemakers, and those who are persecuted for righteousness’ sake are blessed. It is a cause for exceeding gladness when others revile, persecute, and speak all manner of evil against you for His name's sake. These are the individuals whom God truly calls blessed.

<itunes:summary>Dr. Bell concludes the study on the life of a believer as a prisoner of the gospel, emphasizing the need to walk as Christ requires in order to fulfill God's purpose for our lives. If a believer cannot follow instruction on earth, how can they be expected to follow instruction in the Kingdom?

Some believers focus on saving others while neglecting their own spiritual well-being. Indulging in fleshly behaviors can turn lost souls away from the gospel. When unbelievers cannot see the gospel reflected in the lives of believers, they are not convinced of its truth.

Believers must walk in a way that makes amends for the hurts caused by selfish, fleshly behaviors. It is crucial to ensure that our brothers and sisters can continue to thrive despite any past hurts or pains. In the body of Christ, everyone is family and interconnected. Just as every limb of the body needs care, so does every member of Christ's body.

We are called to love our enemies in such a way that they are willing and able to receive Christ. We cannot lead others to Christ by rejecting or judging them; this will not draw them to Him. To attract the world to Christ, we must show them something different—something that reflects His love and grace.

ACTS 27

Apostle Paul endured a life of oppression, often imprisoned for his beliefs. He faced this treatment because his views on the gospel were contrary to those of the authorities. Paul's unwavering commitment to the truth meant that he was often rejected by those who preferred to live according to the flesh.

In defending his apostleship, Paul encountered individuals who claimed authority and taught their own doctrines, misinterpreting the scriptures. These false teachers attempted to discredit Paul, behaving according to their fleshly desires. They believed they could live as they pleased and still inherit the kingdom, which Paul refuted.

We must be vigilant and discerning of the spirit. False leaders do not announce themselves; they come as wolves in sheep's clothing, appearing to be aligned with God's will. Not everyone who comes into our lives is sent by God.

True leadership is not determined by seminary degrees or academic qualifications. When seeking leaders, we should look for their scars—evidence of what they have overcome. Without enduring trials, they cannot possess the anointing that breaks yokes.

Drawing from the biblical narrative of Apostle Paul's imprisonment aboard a ship, he highlights how some fail to heed divine guidance due to biases against the vessel or circumstances. This underscores the possibility of missing blessings by rejecting unexpected avenues.

Apostle Paul further illustrates the importance of trust in God by advocating for perseverance in adversity. He suggests that hastily seeking safety, such as jumping into lifeboats, may not always align with God's plan. Scripture reinforces this principle, stating that prioritizing self-preservation can lead to spiritual loss, whereas surrendering to divine will brings true life.</itunes:summary>

In her teaching, she emphasized the importance of tapping into God's power and understanding the privileges bestowed upon believers.

Dr. Williams drew inspiration from the imperfect yet dedicated disciples of Jesus, highlighting how they were chosen not for their perfection, but for their willingness to serve. Jesus saw their potential for growth and molded them into vessels ready to receive His teachings and instructions on servitude.

Furthermore, Dr. Williams discussed the pivotal "in-between" moments in our spiritual journeys, where we stand on the precipice of success yet face the temptation to retreat. She emphasized the significance of prayer in these moments, explaining how it aligns us with God's will and fortifies us to remain steadfast amidst emotional turmoil that could otherwise lead us astray from hearing the voice of the Holy Spirit.</itunes:summary>

<itunes:summary>Resilient Truths were in fellowship with Anointed Touch Ministries, Intl. Dr. Cheryl Williams brought the message reminding us that we must “Bear One Another”. We must have a countenance to deal with the faults of others as they must deal with our faults. No one is perfect. So often we wear our emotions on our face, and we carry them in our behavior. She speaks how we may appear to have an attitude, and this repels others seeking Christ away from the fold.

She speaks about needing to forgive others and being able to put up with people as people must put up with us. She speaks of the body of Christ needing to make some adjustments in our lives to be able to represent Christ in an attitude that draws others toward Christ. Judging others and not realizing that we may be judged ourselves. Pointing fingers at others as if we have a Heaven or Hell to place anyone.

Dr. Cheryl Williams emphasizes the importance of bearing one another for the sake of the kingdom. Putting up with other people for the growth of the ministry. Being able to deal with other folk and win souls into the kingdom of God. Not be combative and tear the kingdom down. Coming together and completing the work that we are all commissioned to do and not be in our feelings or casting judgment on others which causes the world to turn away. If the body of Christ does not appear to have it together, why would the world be compelled to join forces?</itunes:summary>

When life happens, God is not surprised. In fact, it is safe to say that nothing happens without God allowing it to happen. We may not understand the things that happen, but God does. He knew they would happen in the way that they do. Trust Him.

The scriptures teach us that no man knows the day nor the hour that Christ will return. Many do not believe it because we have been saying that for centuries. But we do not realize that every time someone dies that Christ has returned for that soul. We are so busy looking for the clouds to part and we are all “caught up” that we fail to see that Christ has been here for every opened grave.

Make sure we are representing Christ in season and out of season. Because we never know when He will part the clouds for either one of us. Blessings!</itunes:summary>

Dr. Bell educates on the toxicity of a relationship with a narcissistic personality disorder (NPD). Men and women who are NPD are self-centered individuals and use others for their personal gain. They manipulate and connive those who are at a disadvantage, uneducated, and low self-esteemed. They have no remorse or any conscious about their evil plots against their target. They feel they are entitled and are very arrogant individuals.

NPD survives off the energies of others. Be it through resources, or validation. They live a life filled with lies because they cannot be their authentic self. They are very insecure, jealous, and envious of others. They do not feel that they belong or have the wherewithal to measure up to anybody. They do not like confrontation because the character that they have created is false and they are afraid of being exposed. The present a false truth about themselves to others but alone they are vulnerable and afraid because they do not feel that they measure up.
