<itunes:summary>A Psalmist Moment
*Inspired by Proverbs 27:23*

     “Know the Condition”

Listen—
the morning hums, the city breathes, the church bell rings,
and God leans close to whisper simple things.
“Be sure you know the condition,” He says soft, not loud,
a shepherd’s word for the faithful, for the humble and the proud.

Know the condition, know the state,
check the flock before it’s late.
Not with panic, not with shame,
but with steady hands that call His name.

I rhyme it plain so your heart can read:
stewardship is action, not just creed.
If you lead a team, a home, a song,
look beneath the surface—what’s weak, what’s strong?

When ministry is busy and the calendar’s full,
don’t let the quiet cracks become a pull.
A leader can be anointed and still be torn,
anointed hands can hide a heart worn.

Know the condition—check the pulse,
ask the hard questions, not just convulse.
Is joy intact or quietly gone?
Is prayer alive or merely on?

In the pews there’s laughter, on the feed there’s praise,
but behind closed doors are longer days.
A mother smiles, a pastor prays,
but who checks the nights they cannot say?

Simple evidence: missed calls, late replies,
a sermon strong while the spirit sighs.
A volunteer who used to run, now walks slow—
that’s a signal, friend; that’s what you need to know.

Know the condition—tend the flame,
don’t let neglect steal another name.
Boundaries are love when they guard the soul,
rest is holy, not a selfish goal.

Practical steps, plain and true:
call the one who’s quiet; sit with the few.
Schedule a Sabbath, not just a day,
but a sacred pause where the heart can stay.

Bring counsel in when the burden’s deep,
professional hands for wounds that seep.
Accountability, not accusation—
a circle of truth, a safe foundation.

Know the condition—watch and pray,
tend the flock in the light of day.
Not to control, but to care and keep,
to wake the watchmen from their sleep.

This is not a scold; it’s a steady call—
to love with wisdom, to answer the small.
To notice the tremor in a faithful voice,
to choose the hard care over easy choice.

So rise, beloved, with courage bright,
let compassion lead and wisdom write.
Check the children, check the team,
check the dreamer chasing dream.

Know the condition—hold it dear,
tend the fragile, draw them near.
For what you guard with patient hands
becomes the place where blessing stands.

May your eyes be open, your feet be swift,
may your words be balm, your presence gift.
May the Lord give you sight to see,
and the grace to keep what He gives thee.

Amen.</itunes:summary>

				<itunes:summary>When God Holds the Dream
(Extended Version)

What happens to a heart
when hope runs late—
when the thing you prayed for
doesn’t show up on schedule,
when the silence stretches
longer than your strength?

Does it sag like a burden
too heavy to lift,
dragging behind you
like yesterday’s sorrow?
Or does it crack like thunder,
splitting open the sky
till truth spills out
in a storm of revelation?

Maybe it trembles—
a soul stretched thin on the wire,
gripping the last thread
of a promise God whispered
through the burning bush of your life.
(Exodus 3:2)

Maybe it stiffens—
like clay left too long in the sun,
till the Potter breaks it,
reshapes it,
breathes purpose back into its dust.
(Jeremiah 18:6)

Or maybe—
just maybe—
it rises.

Rises like breath
in the chest of dry bones,
when God leans close
and speaks life into what was left for dead.
(Ezekiel 37:5)

Rises like dawn
after a night that overstayed its welcome,
when mercy steps in
with new light folded in its hands.
(Lamentations 3:22–23)

Rises like faith
that refuses to sit still,
because nothing—
not delay,
not doubt,
not the weight of waiting—
can cancel His holy will.
(Isaiah 46:10)

So when the waiting aches
and the journey feels long,
don’t fold your praise
or silence your song.

For a dream deferred
is not a dream denied—
God stores it,
stretches it,
strengthens it,
multiplies it inside.

And when He moves—
He moves like wind
that clears the path,
like oil
that heals the cracks,
like fire
that burns away the fear,
like truth
that breaks open every buried desire.

So hold on, child.
Hold on, elder.
Hold on, seeker.
Hold on, builder.

The Holy Will
does not expire.
It ripens.
It deepens.
It sets your soul on fire.

And when it breaks through—
you’ll know it was Him.
Not luck.
Not chance.
Not the strength of your limb.

But the God who keeps promises
still keeping them now—
Holy Will unfolding,
holy purpose endowed.</itunes:summary>

<itunes:summary>A heartfelt message of worship inspired by Karen Clark’s ministry.

When I sing this song, originally ministered by Karen Clark on her Second Chance album, it transcends melody, lyrics, and performance. It becomes my testimony, altar, and offering.

Like David declared, “I will bless the Lord at all times; His praise shall continually be in my mouth” (Psalm 34:1). This song awakens that resolve. It reminds me of God’s presence in my lowest places, restoration, and life-giving power. It stirs gratitude for His goodness.

Every note reminds me of His faithfulness—giving second chances, mercies that are new every morning (Lamentations 3:22–23). Worship through this song brings joy like the psalmist’s, “He lifted me out of the miry clay and set my feet upon a rock” (Psalm 40:2). That joy becomes my strength, as Nehemiah proclaimed.

This song declares God’s presence in my life. It’s the sound of a redeemed, restored, and revived heart. It echoes a personal encounter with the One who said, “Behold, I make all things new” (Revelation 21:5).

When I sing it, I release worship, tell my story, honor the God who turned mourning into dancing and clothed me with gladness (Psalm 30:11), and celebrate the Savior who gave me a second chance.

In that moment, my voice becomes a vessel, my heart a sanctuary, and my worship a witness.

Praise becomes the overflow of a grateful, transformed life when you truly know God for yourself.</itunes:summary>

These words declare a spiritual reality so profound that it fundamentally reshapes the very essence of our existence, impacting our worldview, purpose, and relationship with God.

When Paul declares, “if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come,” he is echoing the language of Genesis, the Book of beginnings. Just as God spoke creation into existence—bringing forth light out of darkness, forming order from chaos, and filling voids with life—so now, through Christ, He speaks new creation into our lives. <itunes:summary>Beloved brothers and sisters, let us take a moment to pause and thoughtfully explore the profound richness of Paul’s words in Colossians:

“And have put on the new self, which is being renewed in knowledge after the image of its Creator. Here there is not Greek and Jew, circumcised and uncircumcised, barbarian, Scythian, slave, free; but Christ is all, and in all.” (Colossians 3:10–11, ESV)

This passage is densely packed with theological insight and pastoral compassion, beckoning us to delve deeper into its significance. Paul begins by inviting us to embrace our “new self,” an identity that emerges from our connection to Christ—an ongoing transformation that shapes our character and behavior. This renewal is not passive but rather an active process, empowered by knowledge that reflects the nature and image of our Creator.

Furthermore, Paul’s assertion that there is no distinction between Greek and Jew, circumcised and uncircumcised, barbarian, Scythian, slave, or free eloquently underscores the radical inclusivity of the Gospel. It breaks down the barriers that often divide humanity—cultural, ethnic, and social distinctions—all rendered insignificant in the light of Christ’s unifying presence.

His concluding declaration, "but Christ is all, and in all," beautifully encapsulates the essence of Christian unity. In this new existence, Christ transcends every boundary, embodying the source of our identity and purpose. As we reflect on these profound truths, let us commit to living out this identity, fostering unity within our communities, and embodying the love and grace that Christ exemplified. In doing so, we not only honor our calling but also witness to the transformative power of the Gospel in our lives and the world around us.</itunes:summary>

	•	Rebuilding Trust: Acknowledge the pain caused by favoritism or neglect, take ownership and commit to change, and re-establish relational safety.
	•	Accountability’s Role: Essential for reconnecting the believer to the community, demonstrating humility and sincere care.
	•	Importance of Communication: Open and healthy communication prevents misunderstandings, clarifies expectations, and fosters an environment where conversations restore harmony.
	•	Restoration Requires Reciprocity: Service in the Kingdom should be a two-way street, where believers receive as much as they give.
	•	Reciprocity and Favoritism: Reciprocity eliminates favoritism by valuing every member’s unique contributions.
	•	Restoration as a Step Forward: Restoration is an intentional step towards healing, rebuilding trust, and restoring harmony.

<itunes:summary>Loss can be a divine process of redirection, shaping us for a greater purpose. Sometimes, God allows us to release what we hold sacred, not as an end but as a step toward His greater plan, which we may not fully understand, as Isaiah 55:8-9 reminds us. True belonging isn’t about recognition but service, exemplified by Jesus washing His disciples’ feet. Authentic relationships—like Jonathan’s support for David—teach us that life’s meaning is found in divine purpose and genuine connection.

Forgiveness is vital, transforming pain into healing and helping us move forward, as Joseph’s story shows. Compassion is a divine gift requiring boundaries; Jesus modeled this balance through prayer. Recognizing our worth—based on God’s love—frees us from striving and perfectionism, anchoring us in grace. Gratitude flows from understanding that God’s love and sacrifice shape us.

God’s faithfulness ties all these truths together; His grace sustains us in weakness. His Spirit empowers us to persevere and serve, even in loss or trial, showing that His strength is perfect in our weakness (2 Corinthians 12:9).</itunes:summary>

In times of trials, tribulations, and storms, remember this: we serve the One whom even the wind and the sea obey. Just as Peter stepped out of the boat and Jesus calmed the waters with a simple, “Peace, be still,” we too can call upon the power of Jesus Christ in the midst of any storm.

Psalm 23 reminds us, “Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for You are with me.” We are never alone. The Holy Spirit is our guide, and the Lord is our protector. No storm is greater than our God.

Whatever season you are in, be encouraged. Call on the name of Jesus, and trust that He will carry you through. He loves you, He is with you, and He will never leave you.

Be blessed and take heart—your peace is found in Him.

				<itunes:summary>Season Three Farewell

It has been a deep joy walking this part of the journey with you. Thank you for leaning into the practices, bringing your honest hearts to the pages of your journals, and allowing Scripture to reframe your days.

Thank you for engaging with every episode this season. It was wonderful to have you sit with these devotionals, wrestle with the questions, and make space for God’s voice in your life. Keep up with your journaling; the daily habit of writing what God is teaching you will compound into clarity, healing, and wisdom over time. Return to any episode for a second listen when you need a fresh catch of grace or a deeper study.

---

What’s Next

Season Four is under construction now and already being shaped in prayer, study, and creative planning. Stay tuned for the release date — I’ll share it as soon as it’s ready. Until then, continue the rhythms we practiced this season: Scripture, silence, journaling, and faithful small steps.

---

Encouragement for the Between-Season Days

• Continue a short daily entry: one verse, one observation, one application.
• When you feel stuck, replay an episode and annotate the transcript or your notes.
• Celebrate small spiritual wins; mark them in your journal as evidence of God’s faithfulness.
• Invite a friend to reflect with you on a single episode; conversation deepens insight and accountability.

---

Prayer for the Listening Community

Heavenly Father, we come before You with grateful hearts, thanking You for the gift of this season and for every listener who leaned in, opened a journal, and sought Your face. Breathe life into what has been planted in our hearts; cause the seeds of truth we’ve received to take root deep in the soil of our everyday lives. Where there has been confusion, grant clarity; where there has been heaviness, pour in gentleness and rest; where there has been fear, breathe courage. Make our times of solitude holy and our moments of community fruitful. Teach us to sit with Your Word until it reorients our desires, reshape our love so it matches Yours, and strengthen our hands for the small faithful acts that build Your kingdom. Provide wisdom for the work ahead on season four; guide every creative decision, protect the team, and multiply the resources needed to bring new episodes to life. Bless the families and loved ones who stand behind each listener; protect their homes, heal their wounds, and give them abundance of grace. May Your peace, which passes understanding, keep our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. We ask these things in the name of the One who makes all things new. Amen.

It was a privilege to walk with you this season. I thought it might be helpful to jam on this in a page, so I went ahead and created one for you — you can view and edit it now, or come back to it later.

This is Kijuan the Psalmist, wishing you peace and blessings, and as always, it is the desire of my heart that God continue to bless you and your loved ones always.</itunes:summary>

Heavenly Father, Creator of time and Keeper of every moment, I come before You in humble surrender. You, who speaks in whispers and moves in blinks of an eye, slow me down so that I may hear You. Guard my heart with vigilance so that I may recognize the moments where I am being tested. Let me not be blind to my own shortcomings, nor deaf to Your quiet call to patience, wisdom, and grace (Psalm 46:10; 1 Peter 5:8).

Lord, I confess that I have stumbled. There have been moments where I could have done better—times when I spoke in haste instead of in kindness, where I chose convenience over obedience, where my heart raced ahead of Your instruction (James 1:19-20). Yet even in my failings, Your mercy covers me. Your grace speaks a better word than my faults, and in the space of a breath, You offer another chance, another door to walk through, another path to righteousness (Lamentations 3:22-23).

You are the God of miracles and the God of pieces. Even when my actions are impulsive, even when I make choices without full understanding, You take those fragmented pieces and reveal their purpose over time. You show me the patterns I have practiced, the lessons You have laid before me. Every misstep becomes a signal, a holy reminder to put into action what You have taught me—to walk in the wisdom You have already provided (Ephesians 2:10).

Teach me to discern between right and wrong, not just in the grand decisions but in the daily, quiet moments. Let every thought, word, and deed align with Your righteousness, that my life may be pleasing unto You. Renew my mind, train my spirit, shape my heart so that I am not swayed by impulse but led by truth (Hebrews 5:14; Romans 12:2; 1 Thessalonians 4:4).

I surrender the old colonel—the patterns, the defenses, the authority I once held over my own life. I lay down my pride, my self-reliance, my own understanding, and take up the mantle of the new creature You have made me to be. Under Your authority, I am transformed; in Your power, I grasp hold of true freedom (2 Corinthians 5:17; Galatians 2:20).

Fill me with joy, not the fleeting happiness of the world but the deep and abiding joy that comes from walking in obedience. Let my life be a testimony to Your patience and power. Thank You, Father—immensely, endlessly—for slowing me down, for teaching me, for renewing me. In the quiet moments and the chaotic ones, You are near. And for that, I am grateful beyond words.

In Jesus' name, Amen.

O Sovereign Lord, our Refuge and Song,
We enter Your presence today with reverence and expectancy, hearts bowed in awe and lifted in hope. Thank You for the Book of Psalms—a divine mosaic of human emotion and heavenly truth, a sanctuary of sacred words where joy and sorrow, triumph and trembling, all find their voice before You.

As we embark on this journey through Your inspired poetry, may Your Spirit breathe life into every line. Let each psalm become a mirror to our souls and a lamp to our feet. May we not merely read, but receive; not merely study, but surrender.

You are the God who is worthy of praise.
We exalt You for Your goodness that endures beyond time, for Your majesty that no mind can fathom, and for Your love that stretches from the depths of the earth to the heights of heaven. You are the Creator whose handiwork is etched into every sunrise, every mountain peak, every rushing stream. Teach us to wake with wonder, to walk with worship, and to speak with gratitude. Let our lives echo Psalm 145: “Great is the Lord and most worthy of praise; His greatness no one can fathom.” May our praise be not just words, but a lifestyle—an offering of devotion in every detail of our day.

You are the God who welcomes our cries.
In the shadows of suffering, when our hearts are heavy and our voices tremble, You do not turn away. You are the God of Psalm 46—our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble. You are the One who heard the groans of Your people in Egypt, the whispered prayers of Hannah, and the anguished lament of David. Hear us now, Lord. Receive our vulnerability as worship. Let our tears be prayers, our silence be sacred, and our brokenness be the soil where healing begins. May we find comfort in knowing that You are not distant, but intimately near—attentive to every sigh, responsive to every plea.

You are the God in whom we place our trust.
When the road ahead is uncertain and the weight of the world presses in, we anchor ourselves in Your promises. We choose to trust—not because we understand, but because we know You. You are faithful. You are good. You are sovereign. As Proverbs 3 reminds us, we lean not on our own understanding, but acknowledge You in all our ways. Shape our hearts to be steadfast, like those in Psalm 112, who fear no bad news because their trust is in You. Let our faith be resilient, our hope unwavering, and our confidence rooted in Your unchanging nature.

Lord, let this journey through the Psalms be more than a study—it is a spiritual pilgrimage.
Let praise be our compass, prayer our sustenance, and trust our shelter. May we live intentionally, reflecting on Your goodness, recording Your faithfulness, and sharing Your wonders with those around us. Let our testimonies be seeds of encouragement, our worship a beacon of light, and our trust a declaration of Your glory.

We thank You for Your Word that speaks to every season of life.
We thank You for the community of believers who walk this path with us.
And we thank You for Your presence—constant, compassionate, and powerful.

In the name of Jesus, our Shepherd and King,
Amen.

Heavenly Father, Sovereign and Holy, I come before You with reverence and desperation, laying bare every part of my being—seen and unseen, spoken and silent. I ask You, with boldness and humility, to remove by any means necessary anything within me, around me, about me, or of me that does not bring You pleasure or reflect Your holiness. Strip away every layer of compromise, every shadow of sin, every whisper of rebellion. Let nothing remain that hinders Your Spirit’s fullness in me. As David cried, so do I: “Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within me” (Psalm 51:10).

Lord, I surrender the scaffolding of my own understanding, my preferences, my comforts, and my ambitions. Burn away every idol I’ve erected—whether in fear, pride, or misplaced hope. Let Your refining fire consume the dross and leave only what is pure, eternal, and pleasing to You. “For our God is a consuming fire” (Hebrews 12:29), and I invite that fire to do its holy work in me.

Holy Spirit, I ask You to fill every void left behind. Saturate me with Your presence until my thoughts are Your thoughts, my desires are Your desires, and my actions are the overflow of Your love and truth. Let Your fruit blossom in me—love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control (Galatians 5:22–23)—not as a performance, but as a natural outgrowth of abiding in You.

Father, grant me a steadfast mind—anchored in Your truth, unwavering in conviction, and resilient in adversity. Let me not be tossed by the winds of culture or emotion, but rooted like a tree planted by streams of living water (Psalm 1:3). Renew my mind daily, that I may be transformed and able to discern Your will—Your good, pleasing, and perfect will (Romans 12:2).

Strengthen my faith, Lord. Make it immovable when the storms rage, and active when the path is unclear. Let me walk by faith and not by sight (2 Corinthians 5:7), trusting that You are working all things together for my good because I love You and am called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28). Give me courage to obey even when obedience costs me comfort, reputation, or control.

Search the depths of my heart, Father. You know the desires I dare not speak—the longings too tender, the fears too raw. I ask You to take those silent petitions and shape them according to Your will, not mine. “Delight yourself in the Lord, and He will give you the desires of your heart” (Psalm 37:4)—not by granting every wish, but by transforming my desires to mirror Yours.

Whatever You decide, Lord—whether to open doors or close them, to lead me into abundance or into wilderness—grant me clarity and understanding. Teach me how to walk in step with Your Spirit, how to discern Your voice amid the noise, and how to remain faithful when the way is narrow and steep. “Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path” (Psalm 119:105); let it guide me with precision and peace.

Empower me to live out my faith with integrity and action. Let my obedience be more than words—it must be movement, sacrifice, and love. May I be a vessel of Your mercy, a reflection of Your grace, and a witness to Your power. Let my life be a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to You, which is my reasonable act of worship (Romans 12:1).

<itunes:summary>Beloved child of the King, hear the Father’s tender whisper echoing through the corridors of your heart: you are treasured beyond measure, crafted with divine intention, and cherished in the very pulse of heaven. When loneliness presses in, remember His promise, “I have loved thee with an everlasting love” (Jeremiah 31:3 KJV). Let this truth flood your soul like a river of grace, reminding you that you are never an afterthought but the center of His delight.

Pause and recall the darkness from which you’ve been plucked—the weight of despair, the chains of sin. Paul’s declaration rings louder than any shame: “And such were some of you: but ye are washed, but ye are sanctified” (1 Corinthians 6:11 KJV). You have risen from ashes to beauty, your story rewritten by mercy’s hand. Celebrate that beginning, for it magnifies the wonder of your transformation.

In the hush of your spirit, sense the Holy Spirit igniting gifts within you—gifts meant to dispel shadows and speak truth into broken lives. As Scripture testifies, “to another… the discerning of spirits” (1 Corinthians 12:10 KJV). These gifts are not idle talents, but flaming torches, calling you to pierce through confusion and guide wandering hearts toward healing light.

Yes, your soul can tremble under temptation’s assault—like a fragile vessel buffeted by stormy seas. Yet the call remains unshaken: “Let not sin therefore reign in your mortal body” (Romans 6:12 KJV). Cling to the twin pillars of love—first for your Savior with every beat of your heart, then for your neighbor as yourself (Matthew 22:37–39 KJV). In these loves, every prayer finds purpose, every sacrifice finds meaning.

Thirst for divine wisdom as a parched land longs for rain. Open your Bible and feel its words breathe life into weary bones. “Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path” (Psalm 119:105 KJV). Kneel before the throne in earnest prayer, echoing Solomon’s cry: “Give me now… wisdom and knowledge” (2 Chronicles 1:10 KJV). Let Scripture and supplication entwine until heavenly insight courses through you.

Rise then as Christ’s ambassador—bearing His banner into a world grown cold. Paul’s urgent plea stands: “We pray you in Christ’s stead, be ye reconciled to God” (2 Corinthians 5:20 KJV). With every sermon you preach, every gentle conversation you have, point trembling souls back to the cross where hope was crucified and rose again.

Compassion must flow from veins that know grief. Clothe yourself in mercy, kindness, humbleness, meekness, and longsuffering (Colossians 3:12 KJV). By sharing burdens—carrying one another’s sorrows—you mirror the Savior who bore all our pain (Galatians 6:2 KJV). In that shared vulnerability, walls crumble and hearts entwine.

Let your love speak louder than any sermon. “Not in word only, but in deed and in truth” (1 John 3:18 KJV). Reach out your hand with comforting touch, speak words that coax courage into trembling hearts, and pray without ceasing until hope is reborn in broken places.

Yet never lose sight of the Source of every rescue: divine mercy itself. No transformation springs from mere human will, but from God’s sovereign grace. “Not of him that willeth, nor of him that runneth, but of God that sheweth mercy” (Romans 9:16 KJV). Trust that He draws the lost as surely as the sun calls forth the dawn: “No man can come to me, except the Father which hath sent me draw him” (John 6:44 KJV).

This day is not merely an obligation imposed upon us; rather, it serves as a gracious invitation to reclaim our inner balance and to immerse our souls in profound spiritual refreshment. The Sabbath acts as a serene heartbeat in our week, a unique opportunity where God's presence is granted the space to communicate directly with our hearts. During this time, we can engage in rest, prayer, and contemplation, allowing us to step away from the chaos of daily life and rediscover what truly matters. <itunes:summary>Heavenly Father, I come before You longing for the steadfast presence of Your Holy Spirit. Remind me that “I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me” (Philippians 4:13) so that I walk forward with confidence in every promise You have spoken over my life. Fill me with supernatural strength to face each day, trusting that Your power is made perfect in my weakness.

Lord Jesus, shine the light of Your truth upon my path. As Your Word declares, “Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path” (Psalm 119:105), illuminate my decisions and dispel every shadow of doubt. Grant me clarity to discern the next right steps, anchoring my heart in Your unchanging guidance.

Holy Spirit, empower me to run with endurance the race set before me, for You have called me to faithfulness and perseverance. May I remember, “And let us run with patience the race that is set before us” (Hebrews 12:1), fixing my eyes on Jesus and laying aside every weight that slows me down.

Father, give me eyes to see and a heart to reject the fleeting distractions of this world. Help me set my affections on what endures, for Your Word warns us, “Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth” (Colossians 3:2). Teach me to choose eternal treasures over transient pleasures.

Gracious God, cultivate within me the fruit of Your Spirit—“love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, temperance” (Galatians 5:22–23)—and remind me that You have not given me “the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind” (2 Timothy 1:7). May these qualities guide my words and actions as I serve others.

Lord, keep me from temptation and deliver me from evil, for I pray with the words of Your Son, “Lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil” (Matthew 6:13). Sanctify me through Your truth, for “thy word is truth” (John 17:17), and prune away anything in me that does not bear lasting fruit.

I entrust my life and every assignment to You, believing You will equip me with strength, clarity, and holy discernment. In the name of Jesus Christ, I pray. Amen.</itunes:summary>

I’m your host, Kijuan the Psalmist—and today, we lean into one of Scripture’s most startling paradoxes: strength in weakness. In a culture that prizes grit and hustle, the Word invites us to an entirely different posture—one of surrender. The apostle Paul, tormented by his “thorn in the flesh,” didn’t find deliverance in removal, but in revelation: “My grace is sufficient for you, for My power is made perfect in weakness” (2 Corinthians 12:9). Today, I want to share a special snippet of my rendition of Ogi’s song "IKYK" (I Know You Know). This song is very dear to my heart as it helped me cope with the loss of a good friend and my aunt, Petrina.

For me, it’s not just about the genre; it’s the message that truly matters. If you have a chance, please check out Ogi's work as well. I hope you enjoy listening to my rendition, and I sincerely thank you for your support. May God bless you and your loved ones always, and I wish you a blessed day.
